Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office infrastructure, including equipment, supplies, and facility coordination.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as document processing, filing, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support operational needs.
- Monitor and report on office expenses, budgets, and inventory to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in implementing workplace policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Provide clerical support to departments, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in administrative, clerical, or infrastructure support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT troubleshooting.
