Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management, data entry, and correspondence handling.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Support property management tasks, such as lease administration, tenant communications, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with exposure to HR or property management being a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
