Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as required.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide general support to other departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
