Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, contracts, and client databases with high accuracy.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and invoices for clients.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on sales and administrative processes.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document formatting, and office supply management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
