Responsibility
- Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and distribution of documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate with project teams to verify document completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Track document revisions, updates, and approvals, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest versions.
- Prepare and submit reports on document status, discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks to management.
- Assist in audits by providing organized documentation and supporting compliance checks.
- Liaise with external parties (e.g., clients, vendors, government agencies) to obtain or verify required documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, blueprints, and regulatory documentation is a plus.
