Responsibility
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and administrative workflows.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural setting is highly desirable.
