Responsibility
- Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional support to visitors, clients, and staff with a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial software is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
