Responsibility
- Manage and maintain daily Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations across diverse infrastructure platforms, including Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and AS400 systems.
- Provision, de-provision, and modify user access rights and privileges in accordance with the principle of least privilege and company policies.
- Perform regular access reviews, audits, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with internal security standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex access-related issues and tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with security and system administration teams to implement and enforce strong authentication and authorization protocols.
- Document IAM processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations to maintain high operational transparency.
- Participate in IAM-related projects, system migrations, and security enhancement initiatives across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Infrastructure administration.
- Strong technical proficiency with Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux/Unix operating systems, and legacy systems such as AS400.
- Proven understanding of IAM concepts, lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), and access governance frameworks.
- Experience with IAM tools, security auditing, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, or financial regulations).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex system logs and access permissions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CIAM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator are highly advantageous.
