Responsibility
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN) and hardware systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and hardware equipment.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational data and assets.
- Manage regular system backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and security access across multiple platforms.
- Provide training and technical guidance to non-technical staff regarding system usage and cybersecurity best practices.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and maintenance logs for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, network troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Strong understanding of server management, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and security tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly advantageous.
