Responsibility
- Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Support the pre-sales process by preparing technical documentation, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept.
- Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates on implementation progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and end-user training as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic record or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in IT operations or consulting.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, or software integration principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
