Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support and assistance to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, including peripheral device failures, application errors, and connectivity challenges.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support users with basic network troubleshooting, ensuring stable internet and internal network access.
- Document IT support requests, resolutions, and procedures accurately in our ticketing system.
- Help manage IT inventory, including tracking assets and coordinating repairs or replacements.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned, contributing to system upgrades or new technology implementations.
- Assist with user account management and access permissions for various internal systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, basic troubleshooting).
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and acquire practical IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with a ticketing system or help desk software is a plus, but not required.
