You will be responsible for validating software performance, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure aligns with the fast-paced demands of the financial services industry. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and system reliability.
- Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and planning to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system defects or bottlenecks.
- Oversee the documentation of technical specifications and project progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all IT initiatives comply with banking industry regulations, security standards, and data privacy policies.
- Monitor system performance and implement quality control measures to prevent service disruptions.
- Provide technical guidance and support for internal stakeholders during project rollout phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management or Quality Assurance, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project) and testing frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational security policies.
