Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons to infants and young learners.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Maintain open communication with parents to discuss student development and milestones.
- Uphold classroom management policies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Previous experience teaching English to young learners or infants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with early childhood education methodologies and best practices.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned outlets in Bali.
