Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Secondary, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of student assessment data to inform instructional strategies and school improvements.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track academic performance, attendance, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and department heads to ensure accurate and timely submission of assessment results and reports.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, governing bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for school-wide assessments, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with educational standards.
- Liaise with parents, students, and faculty to address inquiries related to assessments, grading, and academic policies.
- Support the implementation of new assessment tools and technologies to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an educational or data-intensive environment.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and the use of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or educational management systems (e.g., SIMS, PowerSchool).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge) and assessment frameworks is highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new software and systems.
