Responsibility
- Deliver engaging Shichida Method lessons to children aged 0–6, focusing on cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Collaborate with parents to provide personalized feedback on children’s progress and development milestones.
- Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities that align with early childhood education best practices.
- Assess and document children’s learning outcomes using observational and developmental tracking tools.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
- Promote a bilingual (English-Indonesian) or multilingual learning environment to support language acquisition.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood teaching, preschool, or daycare settings.
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) – native or near-native level is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shichida, Montessori, or other early childhood methodologies is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Passion for child development and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Indonesian work permit (KITAS) or eligibility to obtain one (for non-Indonesian applicants).
