Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of engineering or quality-related projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
- Participate in mini-projects focused on process optimization, quality control, or equipment enhancements.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to team members and stakeholders.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards in all tasks and projects.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Science-related degree program (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, quality control, or process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to commit to the internship duration (minimum 3-6 months).
- Familiarity with medical device regulations or ISO standards is a plus.
