In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing industrial clients, and providing technical consultative support. You will be the face of the company, ensuring that our innovative chemical products are positioned effectively to meet the evolving needs of the industrial manufacturing sector in the region.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Identify and qualify new industrial leads within the chemical manufacturing and processing sectors.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure product availability and project requirements are met.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related industrial field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales within the industrial or chemical sector.
- Strong knowledge of the chemical manufacturing landscape in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage for cross-border business.
