Responsibility
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to foster positive labor-management relations.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and employee representatives, addressing concerns and resolving disputes.
- Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Conduct regular meetings with employees and unions to discuss workplace issues and negotiate solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs on labor relations, employee rights, and company policies.
- Investigate and mediate employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Monitor and analyze labor market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to update and enforce company policies in line with labor standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law, or HR management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, unions, and management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex labor agreements and legal documents.
- Certification in industrial relations or labor law is a plus.
