Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee relations and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Conduct regular audits to assess workplace policies and practices.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and improve working conditions.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on labor laws, workplace ethics, and employee rights.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and outcomes.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, HR, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
- Certification in labor relations or HR management is a plus.
