Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless conveyancing processes.
- Conduct title searches and verify property ownership details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet critical timelines for settlements and closings.
- Maintain organized records of all conveyancing files, correspondence, and financial transactions.
- Assist in drafting and amending legal agreements under the supervision of senior legal staff.
- Coordinate with government agencies and land registries to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing, property law, or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of property law, land registration processes, and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., case management systems).
- Diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
