Responsibility
- Conduct thorough pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations for employees across various industries.
- Develop and implement occupational health programs, including health surveillance, vaccination campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
- Provide clinical recommendations and referrals to specialists for work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Assess workplace hazards and advise employers on ergonomic improvements, PPE usage, and safety protocols.
- Manage emergency medical responses in industrial settings, including first aid training and crisis intervention.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health regulations (e.g., Kemenakertrans).
- Educate employees and management on health risks, disease prevention, and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with HR and safety teams to reduce absenteeism and improve workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution, with a license to practice in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in Occupational Medicine, Industrial Health, or Public Health (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate medicine, or a similar clinical setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards, and international guidelines (e.g., ILO, WHO).
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret medical data and workplace risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, from laborers to executives.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
