Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections in accordance with medical best practices.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and preventive care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide health education and counseling on disease prevention, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle modifications.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures to inform treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Stay updated on medical advancements, guidelines, and local health regulations to deliver evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or in primary care.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic medical software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
