Responsibility
- Provide high-standard nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individualized treatment and continuous monitoring.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment, adhering to infection control and hygiene protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical care and stabilizing patients as needed.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to stay updated with medical advancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (local or international, with eligibility for registration in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (Senior Staff Nurse: 5+ years preferred).
- Proven expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and emergency response.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS or other specialized certifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient confidentiality.
