Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for ethical pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to present product information, address inquiries, and gather market feedback.
- Manage and monitor the collection process to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional activities, product launches, and medical seminars.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting pharmaceutical sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in healthcare sales is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
