Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to monitor employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all employee health-related incidents.
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices through training sessions.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation.
- Willingness to undergo continuous professional development.
