Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals in patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Administer medications, injections, and basic medical procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment for procedures.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and medications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Provide compassionate and efficient patient support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for managing electronic health records (EHR) and clinic software.
- Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
