Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are clean, sterilized, and readily available.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on clinic procedures.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with laboratory and pharmacy services to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a clinic, hospital, or medical office setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, basic computer applications, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in patient records and administrative tasks.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
