Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify functional limitations and therapeutic needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' daily living skills.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including adaptive techniques and assistive device training.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies for long-term independence.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and adaptive technologies.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
