Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and enhance healthcare operations and RCM processes to drive financial performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in revenue cycles and implement scalable solutions to improve cash flow and reduce denials.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote team of RCM specialists, coders, and billing experts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to monitor KPIs (e.g., DSO, clean claim rate, A/R aging) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and conduct internal audits to mitigate risks.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and deploy RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with payers, providers, and IT teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve interoperability.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, including training programs and policy updates for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in Healthcare Operations or RCM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Director/Associate Director level preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), claims processing, and payer contracts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in RCM platforms (e.g., Epic Resolute, Cerner Millennium) and advanced Excel/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Certifications: Preferred: CRCR, CPAR, or CHFP (Certified Healthcare Financial Professional).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities with a track record of remote team leadership.
- Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or MHA is a plus.
- Remote Readiness: Self-motivated with a stable internet connection and ability to work across time zones (Bali-based candidates preferred).
