Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology, with precision and adherence to standard protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy of test results.
- Analyze and interpret test data, preparing comprehensive reports for physicians and healthcare providers.
- Follow strict quality control and safety procedures to maintain compliance with local and international laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including doctors, nurses, and researchers, to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Manage and organize laboratory supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage conditions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and laboratory techniques through continuous education and training.
- Participate in research projects and clinical studies to contribute to medical knowledge and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Medical Technologist license or certification recognized in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or medical laboratory setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and automated laboratory equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of ISO 15189, CLIA, or other laboratory accreditation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
