Responsibility
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs to ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees, managing workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Assist the HR Director in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Facilitate training sessions on workplace safety, health protocols, and HR policies.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; additional certification in Occupational Health is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Nurse or in a similar HR-health hybrid role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, health regulations, and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- First Aid and CPR certification (current and valid).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
