Responsibility
- Develop and implement industrial methods, processes, and workflows to optimize MRO and production operations for aerospace components.
- Lead the design and deployment of new product capabilities, ensuring alignment with aviation regulatory standards (e.g., EASA, FAA).
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements in manufacturing and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to standardize procedures and enhance productivity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, process maps, and compliance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance safety.
- Support the integration of new technologies (e.g., automation, digital tools) into industrial processes.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial methods and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial methods, process engineering, or manufacturing, preferably in aviation, MRO, or aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, or equivalent) and quality management systems (e.g., AS9100).
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or specialized MRO software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to evolving industry standards.
