Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians in daily maintenance, installation, and repair tasks.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on motors, gearboxes, and industrial machinery.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machinery performance.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of motors, gearboxes, and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
- Certification in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
