Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial sector, identifying their machinery needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our industrial machinery.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met and custom solutions are delivered on time.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and product improvements.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and effective negotiation.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial machinery, automation, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, such as CNC machines, packaging equipment, or material handling systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other Asian languages is a plus).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements with precision.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia and Southeast Asia for client meetings and trade events.
