Responsibility
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies to enhance ergonomics and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements and ROI analysis.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all process modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or process improvement roles.
- Proficiency in process mapping, value stream analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is highly advantageous.
