Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Design and improve workflow layouts, facility layouts, and material handling systems for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and process reengineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software, simulation tools, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) are highly desirable.
