Responsibility
- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layouts, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process flow charts, production schedules, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Optimize manufacturing and logistics operations using lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design ergonomic and efficient workstations.
- Monitor production costs, quality metrics, and performance KPIs to ensure operational targets are met.
- Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Recommend and implement automation or technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or logistics optimization.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, FlexSim, or Arena) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
