Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and verifying of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain inventory using digital systems (e.g., WMS) to track stock levels, locations, and movement.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in generating reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform repetitive motions (e.g., bending, standing) for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
