As an IE Staff, you will play a crucial role in analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline our manufacturing processes. Responsibility
- Analyze and evaluate current production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard work methods and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement ergonomic and safety improvements in the workplace.
- Assist in the training and development of staff on new processes and procedures.
- Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
