Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize assembly processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to implement process improvements.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and training materials for assembly operations.
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring smooth transitions from prototype to full-scale production.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, recommending upgrades or replacements to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in HLA (High-Level Assembly) or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in process optimization tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CAD software, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
