Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Design and implement workflow improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity and ergonomics.
- Assist in the design and layout of facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
