Responsibility
- Design and implement efficient production processes to maximize output and minimize waste.
- Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workforce utilization.
- Prepare detailed reports on process improvements and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization and workflow analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
