Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Design and implement workflow improvements to streamline production and logistics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in industrial operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance metrics.
