Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil engineering and construction projects in Bali, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and government authorities to secure permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and client updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on all project sites.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor and supervise engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regulatory environment and experience working in the region is advantageous.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar is highly desirable.
