Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and performance benchmarks.
- Design and implement facility layouts to maximize workspace utilization and safety.
- Monitor quality control metrics and perform root cause analysis for process deviations.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate lean manufacturing methodologies into daily operations.
- Generate comprehensive reports on production throughput, equipment utilization, and labor productivity.
- Assist in managing supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to upgrade existing infrastructure and technical equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis, and ERP/technical software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or ISO quality standards is a significant advantage.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict operational deadlines.
