Responsibility
- Develop and implement 5D industrial automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency for clients.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to assess customer requirements and propose tailored automation strategies.
- Design, test, and deploy PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
- Train clients and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system manuals, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on 5D solutions, PLC programming, or robotics.
- Proficiency in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLC platforms and HMI/SCADA software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex industrial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and machine learning in automation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Southeast Asia as required.
