Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotes for packaging and label solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company’s customer base.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, printing, or labels industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
