We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Executive to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in our showroom. As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions from our extensive product range. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
- Saturday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information about our glass, aluminum, and UPVC products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
- Process sales transactions, including quotations, orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from purchase to delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining showroom displays and inventory to ensure products are well-presented and stocked.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Basic understanding of glass, aluminum, and UPVC products is a plus.
- Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
