Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this role offers a blend of professional challenges and the opportunity to work in some of Indonesia's most picturesque locations.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with FFB suppliers, farmers, and Palm Oil Mills.
- Coordinate and manage the supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of FFB.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and supply chain activities.
- Provide training and support to suppliers and farmers to enhance their productivity and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, supply chain management, or a related role within the palm oil industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
