Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
